Meet the Researcher:
Dr. Steven Fu, MD, MSCE, is the Principal Investigator of this research project. Dr. Fu is a VA doctor with over 20 years of experience helping Veterans to quit smoking. He and his research team are reaching out to Veterans and their support persons to help smokers access VA smoking cessation services: written and mobile health resources, quit coaching, and medications such as nicotine patches, nicotine lozenges, and prescription medications. Veteran and support person participation in this research project will help us provide the best possible health care to Veteran smokers.
