General Internal Medicine Research Fellowship

Extraordinary opportunity with the University of Minnesota and Minneapolis VA Divisions of General Medicine to pursue advanced training for a successful career in academic medicine. Program includes formal training in research methodology leading to masters degree, intensive mentored research experience and training in all aspects of professional academic life, including grant and manuscript writing, clinical teaching and critical review of literature. CCDOR supports 56 funded projects with an annual budget of $8.5 million. There are currently 22 MD and PhD investigators, 6 affiliate or associate investigators, 3 trainees, and 29 research and administrative employees.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens. Highly competitive salary and tuition support available.
